Terms and Conditions
(1) Contract Process
Where you submit your order to us on our website. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order and of the details of your order as soon as is reasonably practicable. You will be notified separately if the goods are unavailable or if your order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason. If at any time you wish to alter the details of your order, please contact us by telephone. You will not be able to alter the details of the order once the order has been placed
in our order processing system
No binding contract is formed until we have placed the order in our order processing system.
We will dispatch the goods to an address in the United Kingdom during normal business hours within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. Where we cannot deliver in accordance with the timescales envisaged above, we will advise you and give you the option to cancel your order or to accept a revised delivery date. We may make a partial delivery of your order where not all items are available.
(3) Damage or Loss in Transit
We will replace at no extra cost to you any goods damaged on or before delivery, provided that you notify us of the damage by telephone or in writing as soon as is reasonably
possible after receipt of the goods. Subject to prompt notification as below, we will replace at no extra cost to you, any goods which in our reasonable opinion have been lost in transit provided that you notify us by telephone or in writing if the goods fail to arrive within 28 days after the anticipated delivery date.
Subject to clause 4(b), we warrant that the goods are of a satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their normal purpose. We do not give any other warranties in respect of the goods,
their condition or delivery, and any warranties implied by statute are excluded to the fullest extent permissible under law.
(4b) We do not offer any warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in any of the goods. These Terms and Conditions do not affect any statutory rights You may have. If you believe that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, You may, within 14 days of delivery, notify us in writing or by using the contact form in our Returns section of the website, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction. If we authorize return of the goods and they
are returned to us in their original condition and at your expense, We will promptly replace them or refund the price of such goods.
All prices and charges on the web site are shown in UK pounds sterling. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Web site is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods/services may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply services/goods at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of services/goods on the web site at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
(6) The Website
All of the services/goods on this web site are offered by Tommy Flannigan who will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and Scotland
If you buy an item from us and find that on delivery you no longer want it or you have incorrectly ordered it please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a refund or replacement item. Please note that only products returned in their original condition will be refunded.

Sanitation products that have been opened or installed
Electronic components, unless in their original sealed packaging.
Items that have been installed, modified or used.
